Hello! My name is Isabelle Klump, and I am the face behind BK Fitness!
I am from St. Louis, Missouri, and I am currently attending the University of Missouri where I am studying Business Management and Economics on a Pre-Law track.
In 2021, I realized my passion for weightlifting, nutrition, and all things fitness, after I ended by time as a high school athlete playing soccer. When I began my fitness journey, I often struggled with things in the gym that are now a part of my routine, however I wished I had an easy way to help me get started and navigate the fitness world so that my fears would become a thing of the past. Once I began to figure things out, I decided that I wanted to be a helpline for those who are currently experiencing the same apprehension and struggle that I was.
I recently became an NASM certified personal trainer, and I wanted to find a way to put my certification to use that would allow me to help girls achieve their fitness goals while managing my busy schedule at college… and thats where BK Fitness comes in!
I created BKFitness because I wanted to be able to offer a cost effective, yet worthwhile and comfortable way for girls of all ages to achieve their fitness goals, whether they are just starting their fitness journey, or they are looking for a little nudge to keep their motivation going!
I am all too familiar with the obstacles that arise while navigating the world of fitness. There is not one stage of the process that is easy, but I want to be able to help girls recognize just how rewarding the results can be when you truly apply yourself and commit to your goals.
Even if you are not interested in training with BK Fitness, I am always here if you need advice, motivation, or even if you want to simply chat about your goals or progress, because I know that I could have used a similar outlet while going through my fitness journey. You can do amazing things, and i hope that you learn to love fitness just as much as I do!
